This policy covers tri-starseamlessgutters.com, which is operated by Tri-Star Seamless Gutters of Hixson, Tennessee.

What we collect

There is one form on this site. It is the estimate request form, and it appears on the home page, on every service page, on the city pages and on the contact page. It is the same form in each place.

It asks for:

• Name and phone number, so we can reply.
• ZIP code, so we can confirm you are inside the service area.
• Service needed, so the right person reads it.
• Email address, which is optional.

We do not ask for payment details, date of birth, or anything else. There is no account to create and no login.

What happens to it

Form submissions are delivered to us by Basin, a third-party form-handling service, which passes them on by email and keeps a copy so a message is not lost if email fails. Basin has its own privacy policy covering that processing.

We use what you send to answer your inquiry and to carry out any work you go on to ask us for. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone else for their own marketing.

We do not run a mailing list and we do not send marketing emails.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It records things like which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visitor was, and what kind of device was used. It does not tell us who you are.

Google sets cookies to do this. You can block them in your browser settings, or use Google's own opt-out tool, and the site will still work normally.

Calls

Calls to 423-762-5904 are not recorded. If you leave a voicemail we keep it until we have dealt with it.

How long we keep things

Inquiries that do not turn into work are kept while they might still be useful and then deleted. Records relating to work we have actually carried out are kept longer, because we may need them for tax, insurance or to answer a question about a past job.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call 423-762-5904 and say so. There is no form to fill in for this.

Children

This site is for people arranging work on a building. It is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
